Service Cancellation: Clients may request to cancel a service before the project has commenced. Once the project has started, cancellations will not be accepted. To cancel a service, please contact our support team at blueslagtech@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Notification: If a client wishes to cancel a service, they must notify us via email. Cancellations are effective once confirmed by our support team.

Token Amount: We require a non-refundable token amount to secure your project slot. This token amount is valid for 7 days from the date of payment. If we haven’t received confirmation to proceed with the project within 7 days, the token amount will expire, and the project slot will be released.
2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the service has not been initiated.
- If the service delivered does not meet the agreed-upon specifications as outlined in the service agreement.

Request Process: To request a refund, clients must submit a written request detailing the reason for the refund to blueslagtech@gmail.com. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7-14 business days.

Approval of Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned to the original payment method.
3. Exclusions
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Services that have already been rendered.
- Projects that have been completed and accepted by the client.
- Changes made after the project commencement without prior written agreement.
